After a week of chilly house temps and runaround from our home warranty insurance company, we finally got the furnace repaired today. Thankfully, we live where winter is fairly moderate, but sitting around in 57 degree indoor temperatures isn't all that fun. Anyway, we're back to normal. Next step - cancel the home warranty insurance. Can you say, "Rip off?"
My fifteen minutes of television fame got reduced to a three second sound bite on the nightly local news. Once again, left on the cutting room floor.
